Please note: This online casino currently doesn’t accept players from the UK. Please choose an alternative from our best online casinos

This online betting site with casino was first launched in 2010. ComeOn is considered to be one of the new generation of online gambling brands. It originally built its brand reputation with its decent online casino and poker, but then branched into sports betting as well. It now seems to hold both its casino and sports betting products in equal measure, which is quite unusual. The site sets itself apart from competitors by establishing a friendlier approach to its players and is most popular in countries such as UK, Sweden, Germany and Chile.

This online betting sites clearly wants to emit a warm and welcoming atmosphere, so in this ComeOn review, we’ll be looking at how much it succeeds in that area. We’ll check out its customer service, product offering and trustworthiness to make sure it’s no friendly scam site.

Overview of Our Experiences

It’s a very green experience as soon as you hit the site – no one could be in doubt of its colour branding. The very first page invites you to both the sports betting product and the casino, so it’s not weighted in any direction, although the graphics show that it tends to favour casino slightly. It also directs you immediately to the welcome bonus.

You have 4 basic options at first: Sports, Live Betting, Casino and Live Casino. Simply pick where you want to go and get playing. The sports site is clearly constructed and offers a decent amount of sports and markets, including a great live betting section. The casino is brightly coloured, inviting and offers a great mix of slots, card games and poker.

The layout of the site means it is easy to get from one product to another and within each product, the set-up is clear and easy to find your way around, with easy to use menus and search bars. If you look at the banking options, there are plenty to choose from, including most of the popular methods, although it does lack PayPal. However, the methods available were great and reasonably quick. The user experience was very impressive overall – both on desktop and mobile.

In general, looking at the customer service, it was pretty good. However, it wasn’t 24 hours and there was no option for a phone call, which some people appreciate. This is an area that could be improved a little more to bring it in-line with others. Overall though, it’s an attractive and user-friendly site that works as well as it looks.

ComeOn Check: Scam or Not?

This site is clearly no scam site and we can see that at first glance. Firstly, and most importantly, it has several licenses and is regulated not only in the EU state of Malta, but also with the UKGC and Curacao. All of which are governing bodies that are known to be strict and ensure that all is completely above board. Sites registered with these bodies, especially the UKGC, will be held to the highest standards.

As a result of having 3 separate licenses, the betting site is safe and legal to play in many different countries around the globe. However, be sure to check before you play as there are some restricted countries that include, but are not limited to: Australia, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, USA and more.

It is also a well-established betting site, having been around since 2010 and has established a well-earned reputation, with big companies such as NetEnt and Evolution gaming to name a few. These are the biggest names in online casinos and are only linked to solid and reputable betting sites. It also has an impressive RTP, low limits and the best on-site security. As such, it is clear that this is not a ComeOn scam.

Overview of the Offers from ComeOn

This is by no means one of the oldest betting sites around, but neither is it new either – and as such has a lot on offer. There are over a thousand games on offer in the casino. These include slots, jackpot games, table games, live dealer games and poker. The sports section is equally as good with just under 30 sports on offer and thousands of markets to choose from.

Online Casino

The online casino at ComeOn is a very decent offering with a respectable number of games. There aren’t as many as some of the other large online branded casinos, but they have the best games from the best game providers. In total there are around 1098 games. 968 of these are slot games, with choices including classics such as Flowers, Dead or Alive and Avalon II, alongside the best of the branded games including Guns N Roses and Planet of the Apes. You can choose from a variety of operators including NetEnt, Microgaming, Play’n Go, Yggdrasil and more. If you want to try for a bigger prize, then you won’t have far to go with a decent selection of jackpot slots including NetEnt’s record breaking Mega Fortune and Mega Fortune Dreams, as well as Mega Moolah, Treasure Nile, Divine Fortune and more. Here, the prizes can be in the millions.

Then, of course, we have a very nice selection of table games. You have a choice of 7 blackjack tables, including Single Deck, Double Exposure and Blackjack Pro. Alongside this, there are 7 roulette tables, including French Roulette, Roulette Nouveau, European Roulette, Roulette Pro and American Roulette. You can also play on one of the 3 video poker games, or choose from other table games such as Texas Hold’em, Baccarat, Caribbean Stud Poker, Red Dog, Punto Banco or Pontoon. What’s more, there’s a very tidy RTP average of 97%, which is great – and some of the lowest table limits we’ve seen.

One area that is important is having good live dealer casinos. These are becoming ever more popular and as such, its inclusion is paramount. Fortunately, it doesn’t disappoint. There are 24 games to choose from in total. It is mainly powered by Evolution Gaming, but also has offerings from NetEnt. You have a choice of live games such as Immersive Roulette, Blackjack Exclusive and Live Football Studio.

Sports Betting

There is also a great sports betting product available. It covers around 29 different sports, including Football – with 884 markets available; basketball – with 238 markets available and lesser known sports such as Bandy. It also has to be noted that the betting margins are fairly decent at just over 5.5% (football being 6%) and there’s also a maximum win of €100,000 per day, which is great.

The sportsbook is constantly expanding, which is good news, and they do offer pretty much all of what you would need, including live betting. The live play is pretty decent with graphics showing the flow of action. You can also filter live markets which is helpful. Overall, the product is great and getting better

ComeOn Bonus: Check Out the Offer

One of the biggest areas any betting site wants to stand out on is its introductory offer. The ComeOn bonus is very different because you can use it on both the casino and sports betting product. Most have a choice of which one to take up, but you get the option of using the bonus on whatever you like. However, having said that, at first glance it isn’t as visually impressive as other welcome bonuses. It’s a 100% match of up to £25. Minimal compared to other casino bonus offers although standard compared to other sports betting welcome offers.

Deposit Bonus: N.A.
Bonus Condition: N.A.
Validity: N.A.
Other promotions: N.A.

To claim the deal, simply make a deposit up to £25 and it will be doubled. Like all other promotions, there are terms attached which you should be aware of. If you use it on sportsbook, there is a 6x wagering requirement; if used on casino, there’s a 35x wagering requirement – both pretty steep in their respective fields. You will also have a maximum of 30 days to complete your bonus. Also look at what the game weightings are, as these vary.

Other terms you need to be aware of include the fact that if the deposit is made by Neteller, Skrill, paysafecard, Webmoney or Ukash, you aren’t eligible for the offer. Also, if the bonus is cancelled with an open bet placed with bonus money, the bonus money will be removed from the bet stake. There are more stipulations, so read carefully. All in all, it’s not the best welcome bonus, but we like the fact you can use it on both mediums.

There are also other promotions to be had, such as Race to Rewards; Virtual Sports €10 Free Bet every month; Thursdays full of Lucky Cards and more. However, the promotions vary and are often changed, so check the promotion area of the site out for the most recent offers

Deposit and Payout at the Betting Site

There are a pretty decent number of payment options available to you at ComeOn, and it can compare to many other top betting sites around, the depositing methods are quick and safe, and you can use methods such as: credit/debit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro; you can also use Trustly, Entropay, Neteller, Skrill, Sofort, paysafecard and more. Unfortunately, this isn’t a PayPal betting site though. Generally, ComeOn don’t charge fees for depositing or withdrawals, although you may be charged by your payment provider. All deposits are immediate, so you can get playing straight away, and there is a minimum deposit of €10.

Fees: None
Accepted currency: EUR, GBP, CAN, CLP, NOK, NZD, RUB, SEK, USD
Payout options: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro Trustly, Entropay, Neteller, Skrill, Sofort, paysafecard

Withdrawals are pretty standard in terms of waiting time. There are less options for withdrawals than depositing, so check you can withdraw on your preferred banking method. For example, you can’t withdraw via your paysafecard or Sofort. As standard, card withdrawals can take between 2-7 days, whereas eWallets, such as Neteller, Skrill, Entropay can take just 24 hours. Obviously all withdrawals are subject to checks, so may take a little longer to process. Also be sure to check the maximum withdrawals as these depend on your chosen banking method.

Security and Regulation

As stated previously, it’s important to note that ComeOn is registered and licensed by three different governing bodies – The Malta Gaming Authority, Curacao and the UK Gambling Commission. As such, it is deemed to be safe and secure in all countries which come under the umbrella of these bodies. As well as this, the site makes sure your details – financial and personal, are completely safe as it uses the very best Rapid SSL and TLS 1.2 128 bit AES encryption technology to protect users from hackers.

As well as this, the site it certified by eCOGRA, which ensures that all the games on the site – as well as the RTP and the RNG have been tested, and are tested regularly and thoroughly to make sure the games are completely random and fair to the user. As such, it’s claimed RTP of an impressive 97% has been verified, so you can be assured that this is the case.

As well as this, the company takes its responsibility towards safe and controlled gambling very seriously. It links its site to Gamble Aware and also has its own self-help tools if you feel that you are losing control of your habit. You can set limits, self-exclude or contact help if you feel the need. As such, it’s clear that ComeOn ensures that you are looked after by itself and third parties should any issued arise.

Customer Support

The customer support at ComeOn is okay, but there are areas for improvement to take it to the next level. Firstly, let’s look at the positives. The help is set out very clearly at the top, simply click on the question mark and you will be taken to a pop up that offers an FAQ section, live chat and email support. The live chat is available in a variety of languages, but isn’t 24 hours. In fact, the times available depend on your language. It is available only in English until after 22.00pm. However, the response time is very quick, within minutes, and the agents are friendly. There is also the option of email at support@comeon.com for less urgent queries, although answers may take hours, depending on the time of day. Obviously, a phone line and 24-hour help would be ideal.

The FAQ section, however, is easy to find and navigate. It offers solutions for more common options, such as account issues, banking questions and promotion issues. This is a good place to start if you need help.

Usability of the Website

The ComeOn website is very easy to use and simple to navigate. The layout is standard and you can get easily from one area of the site to another, with the four options always being available (Sports, live Betting, Casino, Live Casino). The main menu for the product you are on can be found down the side and is self-explanatory. There are also search functions to help you out. Along the very top you can sign-in, sign up or get help, so you always have these options no matter what page you are on. On the main page, you are guided to the recommended games.

The website is split into different sections and you can sort games by New Games, Scratch Games, Live etc. You also have the option to select a game based on the game provider, which is handy.

The sports section is also easy to use, with the top events shown on the main page and a menu down the side, where you can choose your sport or event – or search for what you need. You can also change the odds format from fraction to decimal to moneyline which is handy. All in all, it looks good, it runs smoothly and quickly and is super easy to use.

ComeOn App: Many Different Slots

The mobile ComeOn app is really decent. Whether using it for sports or casino, it’s as easy to use and navigate as the desktop site, which is important with the rise of players on the go. It works well on most devices including Apple, Android and Blackberry.

The app relatively new, but that means it is modern and up to date. It is easy to download and then easy to use. Registration and banking is very simple with swipeable menus, everything is just a quick swipe away. Also, the choice of games is very decent, with most of the games on desktop available to use on mobile. The sports area also offers a very similar experience to desktop. When it comes to online casino apps and sports apps, it’s modern, fresh and quick.

You can also play from the browser if you want – which saves you space on your device. Either way offers great service.

Conclusion: Perfect Online Casino with its Own Software

ComeOn is a great betting site, undoubtedly. It offers a great choice of games from the best providers, and the sportsbook is great and getting better every day. The website looks good and is very easy to use, offering a top experience on desktop and mobile.

There are a few little issues, such as improved customer service, the addition of PayPal as a payment option, and a more competitive bonus; however, it is fun to play, safe, secure and is definitely not a ComeOn scam site. As far as online casinos and betting sites go, this is a very decent offering, worthy of a 4 out of 5. If you would like to see some other options and reviews, check out other great sites here.
